Oligonucleotides can be transported at temperatures up to +25 °C without access to light.
After receipt, until opening, storing at a temperature no higher than -18 °C in a package protected from light is recommended.
1. Before opening, keep the oligonucleotides at room temperature for at least 1 hour and centrifuge at 10,000 × g for at least 20 minutes to remove all particles to the bottom.
2. To prepare the solution, add the amount of nuclease-free water specified in the passport using a sterile DNase-free tip with an aerosol barrier and pipet with the same tip until the sediment is completely dissolved.
3. Close the lid and leave at room temperature for 15 minutes. Stir every 3-5 minutes for 3-5 seconds.
4. Discard droplets by centrifugation at at least 1,000 × g for 1 minute.
5. For repeated use of the stock solution, it is recommended to aliquot it for the required number of experiments, label it, and store it at -80 °C...-15 °C without access to light and without subjecting it to repeated defrost-freeze cycles.
