Alkyne-PEG3-amine is a heterobifunctional molecule based on triethyleneglycol (PEG3) scaffold. It contains amine and alkyne functional groups. The former can be conjugated with various electrophiles. The latter is suitable for copper-catalyzed click chemistry and Sonogashira coupling.
PEG linkers are hydrophilic linkers of choice for conjugating biomolecules.
