Azide-PEG6-OH (azido-PEG6-alcohol) is a water-soluble heterobifunctional crosslinker with a primary hydroxyl group, alkyne-reactive azide group, and a PEG6 hydrophilic linker. The azide group can undergo click chemistry reactions with alkyne, BCN, or DBCO to form a stable triazole linkage. The hydroxyl group allows for additional derivatization or substitution with alternative reactive functional groups.
