Phosphate modified oligos are used for gene synthesis by ligation, and other applications. Phosphate CPG 1000 is a modifier solid support for the synthesis of oligonucleotides bearing phosphate at 3 prime end.

CPG 1000 is suitable for the synthesis of long oligos up to 120 mer, the use of long oligos allows for a more efficient gene assembly. The CPG is compatible with standard synthesis and deblocking procedures, it ensures smooth cleavage and complete phosphorylation.

sulfo-Cyanine5.5 azide

sulfo-Cyanine5.5 azide is a derivative of water-soluble far-red emitting fluorescent cyanine dye. The azide group can be conjugated by either copper-catalyzed or copper-free click chemistry with alkynes and cycloalkynes.

Alkyne phosphoramidite, 5'-terminal

Alkyne phosphoramidite for the synthesis of oligonucleotides ready for click chemistry.

THPTA ligand

THPTA is a water-soluble ligand for Cu(I)-catalyzed click chemistry. The ligand stabilizes copper in its Cu(I) oxidation state. Due to high aqueous solubility, reactions with this ligand do not require an organic co-solvent.
