Eva488 is a real-time PCR dye that does not inhibit the reaction and exhibits a high fluorescence signal increase. This is an analogue of Eva Green, a dimeric acridine that emits fluorescence when bound to double-stranded DNA.
Fluorescence of Eva488 dye is detected in the fluorescein channel.
Delivered as 20× solution in water.
qPCR with Eva488 (orange), SYBR Green (green), and TaqMan probe (blue)
