YODi-3 (Oxazole Red Homodimer, also known as YOYO®-3) is a red fluorescent carbocyanine dimeric dye. YODi-3 is a cell-impermeant nucleic acid stain that is nonfluorescent in the absence of nucleic acids but exhibits significant fluorescence enhancement upon binding to DNA.
The bright fluorescence signal and low background make YODi-3 ideal for staining nucleic acids on microarrays, as well as for nuclear and chromosome counterstaining in multicolor fluorescence labeling experiments.
Simultaneous labeling with cell-impermeant YODi-3 and cell-permeable LUCS 13 or Annexin V-AF488 can be used to assess cell viability and apoptosis.

AmdU (5-Azidomethyl-2'-deoxyuridine)
Azidomethyldeoxyuridine (AmdU) is an azide-contained nucleoside that is incorporated into nascent DNA by cellular polymerases. The azide groups attached to DNA this way can be subsequently modified with alkynes or cycloalkynes via copper-catalyzed or strain-promoted click reaction.BDP® 581/591 azide
BDP 581/591 is a relatively hydrophobic borondipyrromethene fluorophore that can be used as a probe for ROS species, or fluorescence polarization tracer. This is an azide derivative for сlick chemistry.BDP® TR amine
